Heart Problems

HEART PROBLEMS
                   Heart disease is the class of diseases which includes the heart and blood vessels. The heart disease is also known as Cardiovascular disease. This disease basically affects the cardiovascular system which specifies cardiac disease, vascular diseases of brain and kidney and also peripheral arterial disease. The risk factors for this heart diseases such as age, gender, tobacco smoking, high alcohol consumption, high serum cholesterol levels,  sugar consumption, obesity, family history, lack of physical activity, diabetes mellitus, psychosocial factors, air pollution.

SYM PTOMS
                   There are some symptoms which may denotes the heart trouble factors such as Chest discomfort, Anxiety, Dizziness, Cough, Fatigue, Irregular pulse, Breathing problem, Pain in other parts of body, Lack of appetite, Swelling, Sweating, Weakness of body.

HEART ATTACK
                   To keep on Pumping the Heart, it requires own constant supply of oxygen and nutrients. Two branching coronary arteries delivers oxygenated blood to the heart muscle. If one of the branches or arteries gets blocked suddenly then a portion of heart is lack of getting oxygen and this condition known as Cardiac Ischemia. If cardiac ischemia lasts for too long then the heart tissues dies which causes to Heart Attack. About 25% of heart attack occurs without any warning or any symptom and this phenomenon is known as Silent Ischemia. But majority of heart attack occurs with symptom of Chest pain that is similar to heart attack which is provoked by Ischemia. Some of the Heart attack victims die before reaching medical facilities and some others suffer a life threatening serious complications in the hospital such as Stroke, Irregular heart beat, formation of blood clots in heart, heart failure, weakened heart chamber.            
                    Recovery of this Heart disease is a delicate process which weakens the Heart to some level after the heart attack. But the victim can be resumed to normal life after some bed rest of three months depending upon the severity of the heart attack.

HOW TO HANDLE HEART EMERGENCY PROBLEM
                   Sudden Cardiac Death (SCD) is responsible for most heart disease deaths all over the world. sudden cardiac arrest can be reversed if treated within few minutes through some possible ways such as, EARLY CARDIOPULMONARY RESUSCITATION (CPR), EARLY DEFIBRILLATION, EARLY ADVANCED CARE.
